On Your Mark, Inc., a non-profit organization, providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities is seeking a full time Corporate Compliance Officer. The CCO will:
Coordinate and communicate all agency compliance activities and programs, as well as plan, implement and monitor compliance programs;
Maintaining effectiveness of Corporate Compliance Program;
Serve as primary corporate resource for Medicail billing/reimbursement information;
Communicate with Executive Director and Board of Directors on a regular basis;
Maintain a current working knowledge of Federal and State regulations;
Develop, coordinate and participate in an educational training program that focuses on Corporate Compliance and pertinent Federal and State Regulations;
Develop corrective action plans
Extensive knowledge of OMRDD regulations
Must have a Master`s Degree and 5 years in a directorial position.
Location: Staten Island
Compensation: commensurate with experience
